Roselle Extract comes from the calyx of the hibiscus plant. The Hibiscus plant is mainly grown in Southeast Asia and Central America. It is harvested in November and December. Roselle is popular when used in a cooling, lemonade-like beverage called Jamaica, as well as sauces, syrups and jams.
