Yolanda joined the Encore team in June of 2026.

Before joining the Encore team, Yolanda gained valuable leadership experience as the General Manager of Brick Shack Pizza. She brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and plenty of enthusiasm to the Encore team.

When Yolanda isn’t busy being an awesome Encore employee, she loves to cook, work on crafts, and squeeze in a little gaming whenever she gets the chance.

Her favorite fruit is a tie between dark sweet cherries and a perfectly juicy mango. Who says she has to choose just one??

While she doesn’t have a favorite song, her favorite artist at the moment is Bruno Mars!
