Jasmine joined the Encore team in May of 2026.

Before joining the Encore team, Jasmine gained valuable experience working at Zodiac Juiceology & Apothecary and The Scanning Company. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Jasmine brings a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm to the Encore team.

When Jasmine isn’t busy being an awesome Encore employee, she enjoys working out and spending time with her friends and family.

Her favorite fruit is passionfruit. If something on the menu features it, chances are she’ll be ordering it!
